Contents of the Register
Job Seekers
Job seekers can voluntarily send us a complete CV. BJP will not share personal data with any client. BJP will contact every job seeker about current vacancies and companies suitable for the job seeker. If the job seeker has the necessary qualifications for working in the sector of life science he/she will be accepted as a job seeker and his/her data will be stored in the database. If it is obvious that the job seeker will lack the qualifications for finding employment in this sector, BJP will not register the job seeker in the database. BJP reserves the right to remove a CV from the database without consulting the job seeker. A job seeker can at any time remove his/her information from the database. The information we collect from job seekers is name, address, telephone, e-mail address, date of birth, education and work experience. Representatives of Biotech Job Partner make own notes about job seekers, e.g. about future plans for the job seekers. The notes are for internal use only. CV information will be valid for one year.
Clients
BJP requires that Clients register in order to use our services. The information we collect from Clients is company name, company type, address, title, email address, telephone, fax, contact person in recruitment issues, billing contact and company profile. Representatives of Biotech Job Partner make own notes about Clients and Business Partners, e.g. about future recruitment plans. The notes are for internal use only.

Information collected by BJP is used by BJP only.
Information Protection Principles
Employees of BJP and those who administer the register have access to the information. The information is protected with passwords.
